How often will I get paid? What's the Payment arrangements?

Here's our payment schedule:
Pay dates are on or before 3rd, 11th, 17th, and 25th of every month
- So earnings made between 1st thru 7th will be paid by the 11th,
- earnings made 8th thru 15 will be paid by the 17th,
